FAQs

What is the minimum number of employees needed to support a full worksite healthcare clinic?
While there is no set number, we’ve found that 900 or more employees make a good population to support a worksite primary care/occupational health facility.

My company has fewer than 900 employees. Can we still benefit from worksite healthcare?
QuadMed does offer excellent options for mid-size companies, including our Nurse Practitioner model, rehabilitation clinic or fitness center. Our healthcare consulting team can help you determine which worksite clinic options will most benefit your company.

Will QuadMed work with our company’s employee health insurance carrier?
QuadMed will work within any of your existing employee benefit plans.

Can my company’s employees access the existing QuadMed locations?
Currently through our Primary Care Partnership Program, QuadMed’s three Wisconsin locations are available to provide healthcare services for self-funded companies. Click here to find the available services at each location.

Does QuadMed own the facility and furnishings of worksite healthcare clinics?
QuadMed provides a turnkey solution for staffing and managing worksite healthcare clinics. The sponsoring company owns the facilities and furnishings.
