Raymond Zastrow, M.D. President of QuadMed, LLC As President of QuadMed and QuadMed Corporate Health Services, Dr. Ray oversees a healthcare system with a medical staff of more than 200 employees serving more than 26,000 people at eight clinics: five Quad/Graphics locations (Sussex, Lomira and West Allis, Wis.; Saratoga Springs, N.Y., and Martinsburg, W.V.) , as well as three QuadMed-managed clinics for Miller Brewing and Briggs & Stratton. Before joining QuadMed in 2006 as Associate Medical Director, Dr. Ray was vice president of medical affairs for St. Michael Hospital and, before that, served as medical director of informatics for the Wheaton Franciscan System. After attending Marquette University in Milwaukee, Dr. Ray received his M.D. from the Medical College of Wisconsin in 1983. He completed his family practice residency at the University of South Carolina School of Medicine in 1986, and returned to Milwaukee, where he worked in private practice with Advanced Healthcare. Dr. Ray — who specializes in medical informatics and helped implement an electronic medical record system at Advanced Healthcare — is also an instructor for the Milwaukee School of Engineering's Master of Science informatics graduate degree program, teaching healthcare decision support. Dr. Ray and his wife, Mary Kay, live in Mequon, Wis., and have five children. John Neuberger, MS Vice President Operations Responsible for QuadMed’s internal and external operations, John brings to his position more than 25 years of experience in healthcare. Before assuming his position as Vice President, John worked as QuadMed's Business Manager, a role he assumed in 2002, after serving as QuadMed Director of Business Development for five years. Prior to joining QuadMed, John served as Regional Vice President of Physician Integration with Covenant Healthcare for more than seven years. He also served as President of Covenant Medical Group, an 82-physician multi-specialty group located in the Milwaukee area. John received his bachelor's degree from St. Francis Seminary, Milwaukee, and his masterís degree in Health Services Administration from St. Francis University in Joliet, Ill. Jennifer R. Quadracci, Director of Clinical Information Systems As Health Services and Wellness Manager, Jennifer supports QuadMed's customer service function, as well as serves as the liaison between QuadMed and its parent company Quad/Graphics. A change agent for QuadMed process improvement, Jennifer helped develop the Wellness Division, which includes committees for nutrition, corporate wellness, safety and a new employee wellness incentive program called Lean You! Before joining QuadMed in 2001, Jennifer had a progressive nine-year career with Quad/Graphics, where she focused on quality control, customer service, marketing and executive logistics. She holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Idaho State University.
Lori Pimentel, M.S., C.L.S. Director of Operations Lori brings to QuadMed over 20 years of experience in Clinical Laboratory Science, department operations, finance and management. In her position, Lori is responsible for overseeing operations and regulatory compliance for the Laboratory, the Employee Assistance Program, Dental, Optical, Rehab, Wellness, Dietary and Fitness. She also oversees all federal inspections required to maintain licensure of the clinical laboratories and the Alcohol and Drug Abuse Program for QuadMed. Before joining QuadMed in 1993, Lori worked for two major Milwaukee area hospitals. In her early years at QuadMed, she developed the Sales and Marketing department. Lori holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology from Marquette University and Master of Science degree in Health Care Management from the University of Wisconsin – Milwaukee and has completed the Executive Leadership in Applied Business from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Lisa Kante Manager, Clinic Development Lisa graduated from UW-Madison in 1982 with a Bachelors degree in Consumer Sciences, and has been in the health care field for 25 years. She began her career as a Certified Medical Assistant at Froedtert Memorial Lutheran Hospital. Lisa worked in the outpatient department of the hospital for 5 years, during which time she assisted both primary care and specialists. Her next position was Supervisor of the Rheumatology clinic at Milwaukee County Medical Complex, followed by a position as a Referral Coordinator specialist for the entire tertiary care medical complex. Lisa started with Quad/Med in 1996, as Lead Receptionist for the West Allis medical clinic, and then became Staff Coordinator for the all of the Wisconsin Quad/Med clinics. Following this position, Lisa became Clinic Manager for the West Allis Quad/Med clinic; the largest of all WI clinics. Lisa’s current position is Manager of Clinic Development, both regionally and nationally. She works closely with the President and Vice President of Quad/Med, as well with other Quad/Med and Quad Graphic’s department leaders in the development and implementation of new on site medical clinics for a wide variety of interested employers. Additionally, Lisa has an ever-increasing role as liaison to outside employer’s interested in the Quad/Med clinic role model, and is an integral part of clinic starts up teams, both internal and external of Quad Graphics. |
